Study of the the Potential Impacts of Hydraulic
Fracturing on Drinking Water Resources:
Overview for Roundtable Meetings

The EPA Study is due to report, at end 2012, status of the study with a final (draft) report in 2014.

What is here (in PDF) is the current activities that presumably will lead directly to the 2012 interim report.

This all is important re the rdSGEIS and draft Regulations for HVHZHF in Shale in NYS;

That is, one could well assert that NYS ought wait until the final EPA report in 2014 – timing that would coincide nicely with the likely settlement of the appeals of the Dryden/Middlefield “Home Rule”  litigation.

It seems to me unlikely that the Cuomo administaration would want to move ahead with Dryden/Middlefield in limbo.
