We are thrilled to let you know that the new anti-fracking documentary Dear Governor Cuomo will be showing this Monday, November 12th in Ithaca at the Cornel Cinema! The film by award winning filmmaker Jon Bowermaster takes a look at the anti-fracking movement in New York and documents the May 15th rally and concert to ban fracking in Albany. The film features Mark Ruffalo, Melissa Leo, Natalie Merchant, Joan Osborne, The Felice Brothers, Medeski Martin & Wood, Sandra Steingraber and many more musicians and anti-fracking organizers in the state.

The screening on Monday will be accompanied by an appearance by local musical favorite, the Horse Flies and singer-songwriter Natalie Merchant!

Who: The Finger Lakes Clean Waters Initiative, the New Yorkers Against Fracking coalition, author and biologist Dr. Sandra Steingraber, filmmaker Jon Bowermaster, The Horse Flies, and singer-songwriter Natalie Merchant!
