My comment is directed on the gas drilling that is happening in Pennsylvania. This causes a lot of disturbances in the area because this is a very big project of some drilling companies and it will last for the next 5 years. Heavy trucks and heavy equipments are lurking in the area. It causes damage to the roads and rendered impassable. It is just right for the local government to be paid for the damages and be given just compensation for its repair once the project is over.
