How to Use this Site
January 5, 2013
This site contains significant reports, studies and news about the environmental, health, political and economic aspects of energy development and especially extreme methods of extraction and fossil fuels. More ephemeral current news item are posted in the GDACC Facebook page
The tabs at the top of the page lead to basic information about GDACC and currently hot topics
On the right column are links to
Pages (collections of information on a topic) Pages were used extensively in 2009 to 2011; beginning in 2012, most information was stored as individual Posts and assigned “categories” and “tags” This provides more access to individual articles but less organization of larger topics.
Posts are indexed by category and by tags. The tags are retrieved by keyword in the search box only. Some of the tags used are found at the bottom of the website.
There has been no attempt to systematically check links to keep them “live.” Please comment to report non-working links.
